Why music photography?

Is there is one thing I love more than photography it is music. From listening to my record collection on my record player to going to concerts. I’ve been a fan my whole life. From reading rock biographies to watching music documentaries etc.

Here’s is a few of my photographs of musicians and concerts over the past few years.

I try to put my spin on my photographs rather than perfectly sharp images. I like to be able to almost feel the concert through an image. I’m normally up front dancing and headbanging more than most while trying to get a shot once in a while but mostly I’m enjoying the music. I would never photograph an artist I don’t like the music of. If your famous or not famous does not matter as long as the music is good and you put on an inspiring concert.
